Our Standards in Practice

Every property requires a different hospitality strategy. Flint & Field combines thoughtful design, disciplined operations and ownership-level care to position each asset for its intended guest and market. These properties demonstrate how our standards are applied in practice.

Every property has a purpose.

The Flint & Field portfolio includes short-term rental and hospitality assets across the Kansas City metro, each managed with a focus on guest experience, operational performance, and asset stewardship.

As our portfolio grows, we remain committed to selective growth and consistent standards.

We do not force every property into the same operating model. Flint & Field evaluates the asset, market, intended guest and ownership goals to build the right hospitality strategy for each property.
